HYDRAULIC PERMEATION
Hydraulic Permeation is a collective term used for Pressure driven processes – Reverse Osmosis, Nanofiltration, Ultrafiltration and Microfiltration.
It aids in concentrating a solute and/or diafiltration in aqueous or non-aqueous medium. The various process modes depending upon solute size are given below.
SolvHyPe™ and AquaHyPe are the two technologies offered by ICN for concentration and/or diafiltration in solvents and water medium respectively.

SolvHyPe™ Technology Overview
The SolvHyPe™ offers various applications in different process modes. A Solvent stable Spiral type Polymeric Membrane and its advantages are shown below.
Membrane Selection
We have a portfolio of about 20 plus membranes with different molecular weight cut off, organic solvent stability, water tolerance and pH tolerance. Suitable membrane/s are shortlisted based on these criterion and then bench scale studies are conducted.
