Freshers, interns and experienced individuals who have a strong desire to remain in core chemical / mechanical engineering and materials science careers  and who can align with our vision and mission, core values, organizational values are a great fit. We function like an academic setting, work extremely hard during certain  periods and then take long vacations and tune out of work completely . During these periods, working on a Saturday is not uncommon but compensatory off is provided.
